Installation
Download Images and Sounds for macOS from the download links below. Once the download is complete, double click the .dmg or .zip file to open it. You can move the Images and Sounds application to the location of your choosing.
Security Warnings
You may get a security warning the first time that you open Images and Sounds. This will state: “Images and Sounds” is an app downloaded from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it? – The Images and Sounds app has been signed and notarized by Apple, and you may safely click ‘Open’.
Activating the App
The first time that you open the application you will be prompted to enter your Licence Code and Email Address. Enter the licence code from your Order Email. Licence codes are case sensitive, and may contain letters or numerals that look similar (uppercase i, lowercase L, the numeral 1, and uppercase o and 0). If your code contains any of these characters then you are advised to copy and paste the code into the application.

Installation
Download Images and Sounds for Windows from the download links below. Once the download is complete, double click the .zip file to open it. You can move the Images and Sounds folder to the location of your choosing. Please ensure that you unzip and move the complete folder and not just the Images and Sounds application.
Security Warnings
You may get a security warning the first time that you open Images and Sounds. Because Images and Sounds has not been purchased from the Windows Store, the latest version of Windows Defender SmartScreen will block Images and Sounds from opening. If you encounter this issue then please Click ‘More Info’ and choose ‘Run Anyway’. Images and Sounds is safe to run.

The preferred version for Windows users is the x64 version. You should only use the x32 version if the x64 version will not open, or you get an error message when opening the app.
Codec Pack for Windows: The Images and Sounds download for Windows (all versions) includes the K-Lite Codec Pack installation folder. Images and Sounds for Windows relies on external 3rd party codecs to play the video annotation files. Please run the K-Lite Codec Pack installer to enable your PC to play these annotations. If you do not have a codec pack installed, the video Annotations used in Images and Sounds will not play correctly. e.g. white screen, black screen, or no sound.
